What is Greenery Cannabinoids?
We are a family-operated hemp wellness company located in Central Oregon, offering high-quality CBD, CBG, and CBN products. All products are GMP-certified, organically grown, and third-party lab tested.
Do I need to be a certain age to purchase?
Yes. You must be 21 years or older to purchase or use our products.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested for potency, purity, cannabinoid content, and safety. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on each product page.
Are your products legal?
Our products are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Hemp laws vary by state, and it is the customer’s responsibility to understand their local regulations.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Select your products, add them to your cart, and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards through our secure payment processor. We also accept cash and check payments. Products placed through cash/check will be sent out for delivery upon arrival of payment.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us at support@greenerycannabinoids.com.
Shipping Information
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship within 1–3 days using USPS First Class Mail. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships, and again when it is delivered.
My package arrived damaged or missing items — what do I do?
Please contact us and we will make it right.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I start a return?
Contact us to request approval before sending any product back.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
What items cannot be returned?
- Opened or used products
- Products cannot be returned after 15 days
- Items not purchased directly from our website
Product FAQs
Will CBD make me feel “high”?
No. CBD is non-psychoactive. Our products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, which is not enough to produce a high.
Will CBD show up on a drug test?
It is possible. Full Spectrum products contain trace THC and may result in a positive test. If testing is a concern, avoid Full Spectrum products.
What is Full Spectrum?
Full Spectrum CBD contains the complete range of naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes, including trace THC, delivering stronger results through the “entourage effect.”
What is a CBD/CBG 1:1 product?
A balanced blend of CBD and CBG designed to support daytime clarity, focus, and overall wellness.
What is CBN?
CBN is a cannabinoid commonly used for nighttime relaxation and sleep support.
What’s the difference between tinctures and syringes?
- Tinctures: Easy, precise dropper dosing; great for daily wellness.
- Syringes: Highly concentrated extracts ideal for DIY (Do it yourself) infusions or stronger dosing.
