Shipping Policy

All Greenery Cannabinoids orders ship within 1 to 3 days.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, which includes shipping your items accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for additional information:

Shipping & Delivery Times

We strive to process all orders within one business day, Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will most likely ship on Monday.

During the holidays or large promotional events, you may experience an occasional order that takes two business days to process.

3–5 business days

Note: We ship orders Monday–Friday only. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

*We cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery times are estimates based off of previous order history.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships that contains the tracking information for your items. You will also receive a confirmation email when your items have been delivered.

Damaged & Missing Items

If you receive items that are damaged during shipment, or if you receive items that are not what you ordered, please let us know within one week of delivery and we will make it right. After 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we can only ship to the United States.
